Went to Foehr group because they took my insurance. Was given an "intraoral-comprehensive series of radiographic images" first thing, automatically, without being told this procedure was NOT covered by my insurance. Bite-wings, also taken, would have been sufficient, especially since I had not yet been evaluated when the comprehensive series was initially performed.

Been going there for years. Have a great hygienist/assistant team that helps me. The team did their best to get me in/out in good time yesterday. My only issue is: They need more dentists! I have a couple procedures, one of which should be done very soon … but, I have to wait until November! They did put me on a cancellation list… but, wow! They have three other offices within 50 miles… why can’t one of those dentists help me? I do recommend this office. However, if a new patient… not until they add a second dentist!

I had a long and intense appointment yesterday. I was taken care of by the wonderful & caring staff. They listened to my questions and made me feel at ease. They also reassured me if at anytime during my appointment if I needed a break to let them know. I have a couple more appointments coming up and I am sure they will take excellent care of me.

I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. There have been some staffing changes over the years and my most recent appointment was rescheduled a couple times. BUT, the staff has always been helpful and kind, the facility is updated and modern and I LOVE having a female dentist! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience as I hadn't visited their office in several years, so, didn't know what to expect. Seems like everyone was new, office staff, hygienist, even the dentist because the previous dentist who owned the practiced passed away. I received the same great welcome and interactions as before. The front office staff was friendly ,helpful, and very courteous. The hygienist took her time explaining the procedures she would do in preparation for the dentist. The dentist found a chipped tooth with a cavity and prescribed antibiotics and referred me to oral surgeon because of possible connection to bone and close to nerve. Great experience, and will be going back when this issue is taken care for a deep cleaning. FLORENCE C.
